Being a parent is hard work. Most of the day will be spent running around sorting things out for others. You will need to have eyes and ears everywhere. Kids are very curious and they often get intrigued with things that are not theirs to be concerned about. Things like cars, especially little boys. Boys have a tendency to copy their father and if they see their dad messing around cleaning the car out and accessorizing all the time. It can be very tempting to want to follow in their dads footsteps. This is OK, providing that they do so in a safe way. The problem is though, a lot of little boys have been known to take their dads car keys from their ‘safe’ place and use them to gain entry to the vehicle. Once they are inside, they mess around and try to start the car – usually unsuccessfully – and then when their dad sees – they lock the doors from the inside with the keys to avoid getting into trouble.
